Thursday - A comfortable start as we set off for the beautiful city of Bath. An extended lunch break and sightseeing is taken here before we complete our journey to the capital city of Wales - Cardiff. Relax and explore before evening dinner.
Friday - A Welsh breakfast then we depart for the National Botanic Garden of Wales. We journey to a place for people - the place for plants. The National Botanic Garden of Wales, celebrates its eigth birthday this year and is the first national botanic garden to be created in the new millennium. In such a short time, it has developed into one of the most fascinating gardens in the UK. During the return journey we shall visit Cardiff Bay where there is a mix of attractions, activities and entertainment, coupled with vibrant, cosmopolitan bars, shops & restaurants all situated around the magnificent freshwater lake, giving Cardiff’s waterfront a truly unique atmosphere. Evening dinner completes a most interesting day.
Saturday - Welsh breakfast is followed by the short journey to visit Cardiff Castle. Situated in the very heart of the capital, alongside the magnificent Bute Park, the Castle’s enchanting fairytale towers conceal an elaborate and splendid interior. Contained within its mighty walls is a history spanning nearly 2,000 years. As well as visiting the beautiful interiors, enjoy the Castle grounds, where peacocks, ducks and geese wander freely. The remainder of the day will be yours to enjoy the city, its shops, culture and entertainment. We return to the hotel with time to relax before evening dinner.
Sunday - A relaxing homeward morning with the papers or a gentle stroll before we depart on the homeward journey which includes an extended lunch stop with great opportunities of shopping at 50 & 75% discounts on brand names at the very popular McArther Glen Shopping Outlet at Swindon. We continue the journey during mid afternoon to the local area after an interesting ShortBreak.

A modern 4 star hotel is ideally located to suit this tour. All rooms are nicely appointed and spacious and are equipped with TV, hairdryer, trouser press, tea & coffee making facilities and are en-suite.
