Friday -  Our journey to the East of England commences after breakfast when we travel firstly to Bedford. Discover for yourself Bedford’s history, spanning more than a thousand years in a trail leading around the Castle Mound and through the Castle Gardens of the Embankment area of the River Great Ouse which is one of the most central and attractive features of the town. Many interesting places to enjoy an early lunch of your choice before continuing to Bury St Edmunds with ample time to explore before evening dinner.

Saturday - A completely free day to enjoy this popular location and an attractive combination of six markets, a fun fair and free entertainment which makes the Bury St Edmunds Christmas Fayre the biggest in East Anglia. All the stalls are set amongst the back drop of the Cathedral and look magical particularly in the evening.Our complimentary shuttle service offers a stress free day before relaxing over evening dinner.

Sunday - A farewell breakfast then a visit to the city of Cambridge in time for morning coffee, sightseeing and for lunch of your choice. Be inspired by the many beautiful museums and art galleries. Admire the beautiful architecture and majestic college buildings. Explore quaint passages set around the historic market place and colleges, where a unique and relaxing shopping experience can be found. Here a blend of independent shops is mingled with high street brands. Relax in the many beautiful pubs, restaurants and cafes before an early afternoon journey home laden with Christmas goodies and seasonal cheer.
