Floriade 2012 is a spectacular voyage of discovery. It is a World Horticultural Expo staged every ten years in the Netherlands, this year, in Venlo. Participants present visitors with the opportunity to enjoy the world’s most exquisite and exceptional flowers, plants, trees and fruit and vegetables. Floriade 2012 lets you experience nature. Using the senses of sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell you can experience at first hand the influence horticulture has on the quality of our daily lives.

A Train Ride, Bonnie Banks & Bens

This new tour for 2012, based at the crossroads of three glens in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, allows visitors to explore the scenic beauty of the highlands, enjoy a relaxing loch cruise and take one of Scotland’s most memorable rail journeys past Kilchurn Castle and Loch Awe to the coastal town of Oban. We also briefly explore the city of Glasgow.
